Data Security
Hydra Six implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.Data transmitted between Google services and Hydra Six is protected using industry-standard encryption platform.Access to contractor data is restricted to authorized personnel solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Hydra Six automation platform.Hydra Six does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising purposes.Hydra Six accesses Gmail data only after explicit user authorization through Google's OAuth process.Google account credentials are never stored by Hydra Six. OAuth authorization is managed directly through Google and authorized third-party services.
Data Usage
Hydra Six uses Google user data solely to provide requested automation services and does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Data Retention
Hydra Six retains contractor and customer information only as long as necessary to provide automation services and maintain operational records.Users may request deletion of stored information by contacting [email protected].
Google User Data Access
Hydra Six may access the following Google user data after user authorization through Google's OAuth process:
- Gmail account email address
- Email message metadata required to identify customer replies
- Email message content required to detect approval responses and prevent duplicate follow-up messages
- Gmail sending permissions required to send proposals, change orders, receipts, and related business communications.Hydra Six only accesses the minimum Google user data necessary to provide requested automation services.
Google User Data Sharing and Disclosure
Hydra six does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.Google user data may be processed, transferred, or disclosed only to service providers required to operate the Hydra Six platform, including only:- Google Workspace services (Gmail and Google Drive)
- Make.com automation servicesHydra Six uses Google user data solely to provide requested automation services.Google user data is not transferred, shared, or disclosed except as necessary to provide requested services, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of the platform.
Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
Hydra Six's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.Hydra Six requests only the permissions necessary to provide its email delivery functionality. Google Workspace user data is used solely to provide the functionality requested by the user and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.Any AI-powered features within Hydra Six operate exclusively on information that is manually entered by the contractor. Google Workspace user data, including Gmail data, is not transmitted to AI providers for training or model improvement.
